Overview
The Trust owns the land and improvements located at 36 Industrial Drive, Londonderry, New Hampshire 03053, consisting of a built-to-suit, single-story, industrial building commonly known as “Tesla Londonderry,” containing approximately 50,985 square feet of rentable square feet situated on approximately 8.32 acres of land.
The Property features approximately 32,236 square feet of service area, 7,199 square feet of parts and storage area, and 11,550 square feet of showroom, lounge, and back of house area. The Trust leases the Property to Tesla, Inc., a Texas corporation (NASDAQ: TSLA), pursuant to a lease agreement. As of December 30, 2025, the term of the Lease extends through March 31, 2040.
