Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy explains what information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is a template for review with counsel; the final policy your firm adopts controls. Last updated: June 2026.
Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Information you provide — your name, email, phone, mailing details, your role in an investment, and any exchange, financial, or other details you enter in our forms or free-text fields.
- Information collected automatically — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and similar usage data gathered through standard server logs and cookies.
- Information from third parties — for example, from our service providers, the broker-dealer through which securities business is conducted, or identity- and accreditation-verification services used in the investment process.
- Please do not submit Social Security numbers, account numbers, or other sensitive financial information through this website; that information is collected only through secure account paperwork.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request;
- verify eligibility and accredited-investor status in connection with offerings;
- operate, secure, maintain, and improve the website;
- send updates or marketing communications you have requested (you can opt out at any time);
- detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues; and
- comply with our legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations.
Cookies & analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate the site and, where applicable, limited analytics to understand how the site is used. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Where required by law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control.
How we share information
We share information only as needed to operate and as permitted by law — for example, with:
- service providers who host the site, send email, and run our CRM, under contractual confidentiality obligations;
- the broker-dealer (Aurora Securities, Inc.), any clearing firm, and product sponsors as needed to process securities business;
- professional advisors, and in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger or sale; and
- regulators, law enforcement, or others where required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Data retention
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described above and to satisfy legal and regulatory recordkeeping requirements (securities-related records are subject to retention rules). When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
Security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No website or transmission method is completely secure, however, so please avoid sending sensitive financial information by email or web form.
Your choices & rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of marketing emails at any time, subject to legal exceptions. California residents have additional rights — see our California Privacy Notice. Financial-privacy practices for securities accounts are described in our Commitment to Privacy (Regulation S-P).
Children's privacy
This site is intended for accredited investors and their advisors and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
