NAS Investment Solutions is a Los Angeles DST sponsor, founded in 2017, built on two alignment features: it co-invests in every property and manages each asset through its sister company, National Asset Services, which oversees roughly $3.36 billion across 187 properties in 31 states. That full-hold accountability model—the sponsor stays in the deal and runs the asset—has supported $663 million in cash distributions to some 2,627 investors. For exchangers, the appeal is alignment and in-house management across a multi-sector book.
