Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in San Francisco, California will have jurisdiction, except where a binding arbitration provision is adopted in your account agreement. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
