California Privacy Notice (CCPA/CPRA).

This notice supplements our Privacy Policy for California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA. It is a template for review with counsel. Last updated: June 2026.

Categories

Personal information we collect

In the past 12 months we may have collected the following CCPA/CPRA categories of personal information:

  • Identifiers — name, email, phone, postal address, IP address.
  • Customer records & commercial information — the role, exchange, and investment details you submit, and records of inquiries.
  • Internet or network activity — limited usage and device data from server logs and cookies.
  • Geolocation — approximate location inferred from IP address.
  • Professional information — your stated role (investor, advisor, CPA, etc.).
  • Inferences — limited inferences drawn to route and tailor our response.
  • Sensitive personal information — only if you choose to provide it; we do not use or disclose it to infer characteristics, and we ask that you not submit it through the website.

Sources and why we collect it

We collect this information directly from you, automatically as you use the site, and from service providers, the broker-dealer, and verification services. We use it for the business and commercial purposes described in our Privacy Policy — responding to you, providing and administering services, operating and securing the site, and meeting legal obligations.

Disclosure & sale

Disclosure, sale, and sharing

We disclose personal information to service providers, the broker-dealer and sponsors, and others as required by law. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. We retain personal information as described in our Privacy Policy and as required by applicable recordkeeping rules.

  • Right to know / access the personal information we collect, use, and disclose.
  • Right to delete personal information we have collected, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to opt out of sale or sharing — not applicable here, because we do not sell or share your personal information.
  • Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information to permitted purposes.
  • Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.
How to exercise

Submitting a request

To exercise any right, email invest@baker1031.com or call +1 415 579 1660. We will verify your identity before responding and will not discriminate against you for making a request; you may use an authorized agent. We generally respond within 45 days and will let you know if we need additional time. If we decline a request, you may ask us to reconsider.
